Hye guys, today I want to share a little bit about traditional food which is from Banjar. That you have hear before this about suku kaum Banjar? I'm part of them😇 Actually, my grandmother and grandfather are from suku kaum Banjar for long time ago. But now, I don't knows my family were what generation have been. hahhahhhah....😆 Okay, Wadai Keping is dessert in masyarakat Banjar. Most of them like to serve this dessert at any event such as wedding, tahlil, cukur jambul and jamuan hari raya.

If you want to try it, I will help you to cook it. It is simple to make😋
Firstly, you have to prepare the ingredients
1. 500g of glutinous flour
2. A little bit of salt
3. 1/2 pound of suger and 2/3 cup of brown sugar
4. 2-3 pandan leave
5. warm water
6. 1 small box of coconut milk

Okay, are you ready to make it, let's do it :)
1. Make dough with mix glutinous flour and little bit of salt in one blow. Add warm water for little bit and mix it just only use your hand. Make sure you have wash your hand all ready.
2. Prepare the tray with a dry powder flour (does not stick)
3. Next, make these shapes to become as 20 cents of coins and press with the fingers on each.
4. After finish it, you can continue​ with the saucepan by boil brown sugar, coconut milk in pan untill well mixed.Than, put pandan leave of make nice aroma
5. Now you can put cooked glutinous flour. Slow down the fire. Make sure you always mix slowly. Add some salt to taste sweet fat.
6. Okay well done. It ready to eat.
